Payment Information
Violation fees can be paid through the following methods:

Mail Payment
Send a check or money order to our office address. Please include your citation number on the payment.
Disputing a Violation
If you believe you received a violation in error, you may dispute it within 7 days of issuance. To dispute a violation:
- Contact our office at 1-409-683-8880
- Provide your citation number and vehicle information
- Explain the reason for your dispute
- Provide any supporting documentation or evidence
Our team will review your dispute and respond within 5 business days.
